HOA Member Meeting Reminder

Hey all! Just a reminder that our HOA dissolution meeting is tomorrow, October 14th, at 6 PM at the firehouse.

Unfortunately, someone stole all the proxies available at the T and on my private property, including completed and signed proxies. If you already filled one out, we will need you to complete a new one.

Proxies will be available at the meeting and likely on my property again, with multiple security cameras in place.

After speaking with law enforcement, I want to emphasize the seriousness of this. These are legal documents that allow HOA members to exercise their right to vote, and the signed proxies represent legal votes already entrusted to the HOA Board to cast on their behalf.

Entering private property and stealing Colorado state voting documents can result in criminal trespassing, theft and misdemeanor or felony charges, jail time, fines, and restitution. Any further theft will be recorded and reported to law enforcement for investigation and prosecution.

Please help us allow every HOA member to have their vote counted.
