Our (hopefully!) final meeting is October 14. You can vote on whether to keep or dissolve the HOA either at the meeting OR via ballot.

IMPORTANT: Due to Larimer County/Colorado requirements, previously submitted ballots do not count. Even if you already voted, you must complete the new ballot.

We need at least 90 votes for the same decision to make this decision final, so please encourage other lot owners you know to vote!

Pick up or print a ballot:

- Pick one up at the information box at the T (on the right before the mailboxes)

- Or 468 Snow Top Dr: At the bottom-left of the driveway (no need to drive up), look for the red folder inside a bag on a block. Please put everything back in the bag and on the block to keep it dry.

Drop off your ballot:
